Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Likho (the “Service”), operated by Likho, Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Likho does
Likho generates Suno-ready song inputs — formatted lyrics, a style-of-music prompt, and a title — from a plain-language description you provide. Likho does not render audio; you use a separate Suno account to turn these inputs into music. Your use of Suno is governed by Suno's own terms, not these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and you are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. Keep your login credentials secure; notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Plans, billing, and free tier
The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Creator) billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide pro-rated refunds except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
4. Ownership of the content you generate
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, lyrics, style prompts, and titles you generate on the Pro and Creator plans are yours to use, including commercially, with no royalty owed to Likho. Content generated on the Free plan is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial rights granted here cover the text Likhoproduces; rights to any audio you create are governed separately by Suno. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable law and any third-party platform terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or that impersonates a real artist in a manner that violates their rights. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, resell access without permission, or use automated means to exceed your plan's usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Likho, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy the Service.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by Suno. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Likho is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be signalled by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
