Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Likho, Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Likho (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service well.
1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and identify your account. When you use the Service, we store the prompts you submit and the lyrics, style prompts, and titles generated for you, so you can access your history. We also collect basic technical data such as your approximate region, device and browser type, and usage events, through the analytics providers listed below.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; save and display your song history; authenticate you and keep your account secure; enforce plan usage limits; communicate with you about your account; and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Authentication and cookies
We use Google Sign-In for authentication. After you sign in, we store your session as encrypted, httpOnly cookies in your browser — these cannot be read by client-side JavaScript and exist only to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
4. Third-party services we rely on
To run the Service we share limited data with trusted providers: Google (sign-in and, where enabled, Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage statistics); Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and performance metrics); and AI model providers that process your prompt to generate lyrics, style prompts, and titles. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; your prompt content is sent to the AI provider solely to produce your requested output.
5. Data retention
We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can request any of these by emailing us. You can also stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, httpOnly session cookies, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address vulnerabilities promptly.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the Service.
